How can I book?
Click on the “Contact your travel consultant” button and a Treccani Esperienze consultant will get in touch with you to provide all the information you need to complete your booking.
Can I book through a travel agency?
No. All travel packages are managed exclusively by Treccani Esperienze travel consultants.
Can I change the name on a booking?
Yes. Participant names can be changed free of charge up to 7 days before the start date of the experience.
What is included in the price shown for the stay?
The price includes everything expressly indicated in the experience description. Round-trip travel to the departure city, meals listed as “free,” and extras are not included.
Can I book as part of a group?
Yes, group bookings are possible, up to the maximum number of participants allowed for each experience.
How many people will I travel with?
Each experience accommodates a maximum of 12–14 participants, with the exception of the Musicultura festival, which is open to 28 participants (divided into two groups of 14).
Are transfers included?
Only transfers within the experience are included in the price. Round-trip transfers to and from the departure and arrival city are not included.
Can the itineraries be changed?
No. Itineraries and scheduled activities included in the experience program cannot be modified.
What type of accommodation is provided?
All experiences include accommodation in hotels, relais, or historic residences.
Are lunches and dinners included?
Meals are always included, except those explicitly indicated as “free meals” within the travel programs.
Are special menus available for guests with food intolerances?
Any food intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking. Menus will be adapted where possible.
Are pets allowed?
Due to the nature of the experiences and the settings in which they take place, pets are not permitted.
