What happens after purchase?

In addition to the purchase receipt, you will receive a booking confirmation with more details.

Is it possible to buy a Parentesi in instalments?

It is not possible to purchase a Parentesi in instalments. However, payment via PayPal is available, allowing you to split the payment into three installments.

Is it possible to change the names of participants?

Yes. The name change can be made within 48 hours prior to departure, by making a request to parentesi@treccaniesperienze.it

Is it possible to change the reservation by choosing a different date or a different Parentesi?

Yes. It’s possible by making a request to parentesi@treccaniesperienze.it within 20 days of departure, subject to availability and confirmation from the staff.

How can I cancel a booking?

To cancel a reservation, you just need to write to parentesi@treccaniesperienze.it and include your reservation code in the email. You will then receive an email confirming the cancellation.

By when is it possible to cancel a reservation?

The deadline for requesting a free cancellation varies according to the Parentesi. The amount will no longer be refundable after the deadline.

Can I cancel a booking due circumstances beyond one’s control or health reasons?

If you are within the free cancellation period, you can request a 100% refund. If you do not meet the terms for a free cancellation, send your request to parentesi@treccaniesperienze.it attaching the medical certificate or any supporting documentation: we will try our best to help you!

What happens if a Parenesi doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants?

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified between 15 to 20 days before the departure date (the exact term depends on the Parenthesis) and will be fully reimbursed.

Can I add more to the Parentesi?

Yes. Our staff is ready to assist you with any requests for additions in your Parentesi: transfer reservations, stays and additional activities. You cannot change the Parentesi program.

Are there any group benefits?

Yes. For groups of more than 4 people, you can get special offers by contacting our staff or writing to parentesi@treccaniesperienze.it

How to report food intolerances?

In the Parentesi where meals and drinks are provided you can communicate any intolerances at the time of booking. For further information, please write to parentesi@treccaniesperienze.it and indicate the booking code.

Parenthesis ensure accessibility for people with disabilities or impaired mobility?

Please contact us by phone or write to parentesi@treccaniesperienze.it to report any disability or mobility difficulties, so as to better organize all the logistical details. However, due to the variety of activities proposed, for security reasons not all Parentesi can guarantee full accessibility.

Are the Parentesi suitable for children?

Most Parentesi are also open to children, except in cases when, for reasons of security and/or opportunity, their presence is not allowed.

Are pets allowed?

Due to the nature of the Parentesi and the contexts in which they take place, our animal friends are sadly not allowed.
