TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
- INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase and use of cultural experiences (hereinafter, "Experiences") sold through the www.treccaniesperienze.it site (hereinafter, "Site"). By making a purchase, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- DEFINITIONS
Seller: The organizer and/or intermediary who offers the Experiences on the Site. Customer: The consumer who purchases one or more Experiences through the Site.
Experience: A predefined combination of tourist services such as transport, accommodation, guided tours and cultural activities, sold at a total price.
- REFERENCE LEGISLATION
These conditions comply with EU Directive 2015/2302 on tourist packages and related tourist services, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 62 of 21 May 2018.
- SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is deemed to have been concluded upon confirmation of the order and payment by the Customer. The description of the Experiences, available on the Site, is an integral part of the contract.
- PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices of the Experiences are indicated in Euros and include VAT.
Payment must be made through the methods accepted by the Site at the time of purchase.
Any local taxes or additional costs specified in the description of the Experience are not included in the price indicated and are the responsibility of the Customer.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of confirming the order, unless the Experience provides for services to be performed on specific dates.
For later cancellations, the refund policies stated in the Experience description apply.
The Seller may cancel the Experience due to cases of force majeure, fully refunding the Customer within 14 days.
- SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Seller is responsible for the proper performance of the services included in the Experience, except for causes attributable to:
Customer (e.g. delay, no-show, insufficient documentation).
Third parties unrelated to the performance of the Experience.
Cases of force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances.
- CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT
Changes by the Customer: The Customer may request changes to the Experience by prior agreement with the Seller and the payment of any additional fees.
Changes by the Seller: in the event of necessary changes before or during the execution of the Experience, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer, proposing alternative solutions.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE
It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that they have all the necessary documents (passport, visas, etc.).
It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
- COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any complaints must be communicated to the Seller within 30 days of the end of the Experience. For disputes that cannot be resolved by an agreement, Italian jurisdiction applies.
- PRIVACY
The Customer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy of the Site.
- CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes apply to orders placed after they have been posted on the Site.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Customer's Court of residence or domicile.
Please note: It is advisable for the Customer to carefully read the description of the Experience and these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with the purchase.
