FAQ
How can I book?
Click on the “Contact your travel consultant” button and you will be contacted by Treccani Esperienze, who will give you all the information you need to proceed with the purchase.
Can I book through a travel agency?
No. All travel packages are exclusively managed by Treccani Esperienze travel consultants.
Can I change the name on a booking?
You can change participants’ names free of charge within 7 days of the start date of the Experience.
What does the stated fee for the stay include?
The fee includes everything expressly stated in the description of the Experience. It does not include round-trip travel to the city of departure, free meals and any extras.
Is it possible to book as a group?
Yes, it is possible to book as a group up to the maximum number of participants for each individual Experience.
How many people will I be travelling with?
The maximum number of participants is 12/14 per Experience. The only exception is the Musicultura festival, which is open to 28 participants (divided into two groups of 14).
Are transfers included?
Only travel within the individual Experience is included in the price. Transfers to and from the place of departure and arrival are not included.
Can itineraries be changed?
It is not possible to change the itineraries and the events in the Experiences programme.
How is overnight accommodation organised?
All Experiences include accommodation in hotels, relais and historical buildings.
Are lunches and dinners included?
Meals are always included except for those referred to as “meals at leisure”.
Can menus for those with food intolerances be provided?
Please inform us of any intolerances at the time of booking. Where possible, menus will be supplemented.
Are pets allowed?
Due to the nature of the Experiences and to the contexts in which they take place, pets are not allowed.
