BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE

10-12 October
24-26 October
21-23 November

In the era of climate crisis, architecture must draw on all forms of intelligence and collaboration to build a renewed capacity for adaptation.

Treccani Esperienze guides you through the 19th International Architecture Exhibition, curated by Carlo Ratti and titled Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective., which transforms Venice into a living laboratory of ideas.

INTELLIGENS. NATURAL. ARTIFICIAL.COLLECTIVE.

An invitation to collaborate to rethink the built environment: climate change urges architecture to rethink itself, rediscovering its aptitude for adaptation and its flexibility, addressing multiple generations and multiple disciplines, becoming more inclusive. The 2025 International Exhibition is born from this collaborative spirit, starting from a shared curatorial model that, for the first time, presents over 300 contributions from more than 750 participants across different fields.

INSIDE BIENNALE ARCHITETTURA

The journey through the 19th International Architecture Exhibition begins at the Arsenale, with a guided tour curated by the Biennale Educational staff to discover Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective. and the National Pavilions, which for this year have been invited, within the framework of One Place, One Solution, to explore architectural strategies based on their local context but relevant to global challenges.

THE HISTORICAL MEMORY OF BIENNALE

With a library heritage of over 164,000 volumes and 3,200 periodicals, the Biennale Library is one of the places that holds the Foundation's activities: it preserves all the catalogs of the Biennale's initiatives and, since 2009, in the Book Pavilion, it has welcomed volumes donated by the artists and architects who participate in the art and architecture exhibitions. A heritage to be discovered, during an exclusive guided tour led by a representative of the ASAC Archive.

MUSIC AS A CREATOR OF WORLDS

Starting from electronic music and minimalism, the 69th International Festival of Contemporary Music – La stella dentro, curated by Caterina Barbieri, opens up to the most diverse musical genres and eras to explore the generative power of music beyond time and space. An event full of exclusive opportunities to participate in: from the opening event to the artists' performances, from visits to the sound installations to the Silver Lion Award Ceremony for the American musician Chuquimamani-Condori*.

*Participation in the Biennale Musica is only scheduled for the month of October. The events vary depending on the dates you attend.
