THE PARENTESI
Villino Colli della Farnesina
The building was designed by Francesco Berarducci and is known for being the film set for Elio Petri's film Investigation of a Citizen Above Suspicion . The building is one of the few examples of the Brutalist style in a residential context. You'll discover the sculptural volumes and modular reinforced concrete sections, tour the interiors, and be amazed by the inextricable connection between the Villino and the surrounding nature.
The private art collection
A collection fueled by architect Berarducci's passion for contemporary art. Works by artists such as Luigi Ontani, Adrian Tranquilli, Elisabetta Benassi, Alfredo Pirri, and many others are an integral part of the home itself, living in an osmotic relationship with the apartment's walls and structure. The architect will explain the genesis and development of an art collection that defines the home and is in turn defined by it.
Brutalist aperitif
After completing your tour of the building and private collection, you can enjoy an aperitif with architect Berarducci on the patio of his apartment, where the house's sculptural volumes open onto the surrounding greenery, in a continuous dialogue between architecture and nature.
